Oregon January Winter Storms
January 19th, 2012, winter storms hit the state of Oregon Coast causing initial flood damage in Tillamook, and Lincoln Counties. As the storm moved inland it caused flood damage to Lane, Linn, Curry, Hood River, Marion, and Wasco Counties. Red Cross and ORVOAD responded. The Governor has requested a Presidential Disaster Declaration for Oregon so that FEMA can assist in the recovery that is beyond the resources of the State.
